One of the best things I've ever done for myself was beginning my training with Brian. His workouts are fun, effective and customized to fit your individual needs. The new workout you came up with was awesome. It wasn't the normal everyday workout you get from a gym. Throwing tires, smashing tires with a sledgehammer, dragging weighted tires through the grass seemed odd at first but after the first 4 workouts I was completely exhausted and soar for two day afterwards. The variety of workouts and fun I had working out makes me want to workout more and more. I can't wait for next weeks session!!!!

Three weeks ago, I had a few eye opening experiences and decided that I needed further help with losing weight/being comfortable with myself. On the internet I went searching and found Brian. During our initial phone conversation, I decided what did I have to lose besides weight...
I called my sister-in-law, since nobody likes to workout alone and ran the idea of a trainer by her thinking she would think I was nuts. Here we are...3 weeks later with 6 sessions completed. We meet with Brian at an area park since we both like the fresh air and work out for about an hour.
Each session a few new things get added or changed up challenging us and focusing on different areas. Even though we may sometimes think this is torture, it is kept fun and entertaining. We are also focusing on the diet and improvements we can make in that area. On a daily basis...I have more energy, feel better, and sleep through the night. I already notice a difference in my clothing and a few people not aware that we are doing this have made comments. My goal at this point is to be happy with myself by early September whether it is losing weight, toning up, or a combination of both.

I am a 31 year old mother of two. I've tried just about every diet and exercise program out there and have never had any real results. Tired of my fluctuating weight, I decided to give Iron Anatomy Personal Training a shot. My sister-in-law and I are training together, which is great. It's nice to be able to support each other in our weight loss goals. Brian Is fantastic. We couldn't have asked for anything more in a personal trainer. I have worked with other trainers at my local fitness center and never felt the way I do after a session with brian. The one on one attention we recieve is second to none. Brian tries to incorporate everyday items into each workout to show that this is really something we can continue on our own. He is professional but maintains a casual atmosphere which makes the workout more enjoyable. After five sessions, my sister-in-law and I both see a huge difference in our bodies. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone, whether you're looking to get in shape or just stay in shape.
